THERE IS A SEPARATE UNIT ABOVE THIS APARTMENT THAT CAN BE BOOKED SEPARATELY BY A DIFFERENT PARTY. While the upstairs unit has no access to the downstairs unit in any way, you may see the upstairs tenants should the unit be booked also during you stay as they enter the upstairs and go back and forth from their cars. IF YOU ARE NOT OK WITH THIS, PLEASE BOOK A DIFFERENT LISTING. You’ll have your own parking area, private entrance, and patio. Please look at other options if looking for a luxury shower experience. - The shower does have hot water, however the hot/cold marking is flipped, so turn the dial slightly to the right to get the hottest water. - As stated above, the sofa sleeper is a full size bed and is ideal for kids or younger guests. We have had plenty of adult guests enjoy their stay while using the sofa sleeper bed, however if all parties staying in the unit require a full mattress, we recommend booking another unit. - There is a small pathway from the parking area to the apartment. Please watch your step making the transition from the dirt parking area to the pavers. - As we have several trees that drop leaves and other yard waste, there may be some leaves that get into the apartment. You’ll have you’re own private entrance when staying in our apartment. The entrance to the apartment are the two French doors on the side of the house facing Barkley Street.

Due to our great location, feel free to exit onto the main road and head into town. We have room for two cars to park off street on the property. Please let us know if you’ll require additional parking. Please park both cars in the grassy area between the corner of the house and the large trees in the front yard.
